Randolph Student Spectator Permission Form

Randolph hosts football, softball, volleyball, basketball, baseball, track, soccer games during the school year.
There is no admission charge for students or parents.
Students who stay for a game without a permission form will be asked to call a parent to arrange an immediate pickup and will not be allowed to stay for any other after-school events for the remainder of the season (fall, winter, spring).
Parents should plan pick up their child no later than 7:00. Any student not picked up on time will not be allowed to stay after school for any other events during that season.
Students may not leave campus at any time during an event.
The Athletic Booster Club may be selling concessions at events. These will be available to purchase with cash. Students may not attempt to sell their own concessions.
Unsafe or inappropriate behavior that violates the CMS Code of Student Conduct - [ENGLISH] [ESPANOL] - will result in the offending student(s) being sent home and potentially not being permitted to stay for future after-school events.
